Preparaciones que requieran t\u00e9cnicas sencillas, sanas, r\u00e1pidas nos har\u00e1n utilizar menos grasas en la cocci\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, mostramos algunos utensilios y peque\u00f1os electrodom\u00e9sticos que nos facilitar\u00e1n la tarea de cocinar platos sanos y sabrosos a la vez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-estuche-de-silicona-para-cocinar-al-vapor\">Estuche de silicona para cocinar al vapor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto los estuches de silicona como las vaporeras de este mismo material son un aliado perfecto y seguro para cocinar alimentos con menos grasas. El vapor maximiza todo su sabor, ya que nos permite cocerlos sin contacto directo con el agua, concentrando as\u00ed todas sus propiedades sin perder gusto. Con estos recipientes podemos cocinar todos tipo de alimentos al mismo tiempo (verduras, pollo, pescados&#8230;) por lo que nos ayuda a optimizar tiempo y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movistar.es\/blog\/salud\/comidas-sanas-frescas-y-veraniegas\/\">durante todo el a\u00f1o<\/a>. Adem\u00e1s, los estuches de silicona tambi\u00e9n son aptos para cocinar al papillote (en el horno o en el microondas). Por algo ser\u00e1. Su uso permite cocinar cualquier tipo de alimentos. Patatas, carnes y pescados o algunas verduras parecer\u00e1n fritas o rebozadas, pero utilizando s\u00f3lo una cucharada de aceite. Esto es posible ya que funcionan como un horno de convecci\u00f3n en el que el aire muy caliente recircula por la bandeja donde se sit\u00faan los alimentos, permitiendo que \u00e9stos queden sabrosos y crujientes y ahorrando hasta un 90% de aceite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pulverizador-de-aceite-en-spray\">Pulverizador de aceite en spray<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se lleva a cabo una alimentaci\u00f3n hipocal\u00f3rica, se recomienda no excedernos con el uso del aceite de oliva en las cocciones o ali\u00f1os. Por ello, si bien es cierto que el aceite de oliva es una grasa saludable y beneficiosa, podemos dosificar su consumo utilizando sprays de aceite que nos permitir\u00e1n esparcir de forma uniforme una cantidad justa en ensaladas o incluso en sartenes o planchas cuando lo utilizamos para cocinar. Adem\u00e1s, estos sprays tambi\u00e9n se pueden utilizar con vinagretas u otros ali\u00f1os l\u00edquidos.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-espiralizador-de-verduras\">Espiralizador de verduras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este utensilio consta de una ranura con una peque\u00f1a cuchilla y diminutos orificios que permiten cortar ciertas hortalizas en forma de tiras parecidas al espagueti. Los hay que funcionan con una manivela y otros manuales en los que introducimos el vegetal y lo volteamos como si se tratara de un sacapuntas.
