Te damos algunos consejos para que prepares pr\u00e1cticos y saludables t\u00e1per, que puedes prepararte con antelaci\u00f3n o al momento y llevarte al trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ten en cuenta que no todo vale, as\u00ed que toma nota de estas recomendaciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Escoge&nbsp;<strong>envases de reducido tama\u00f1o<\/strong>. A simple vista el volumen del envase puede ser enga\u00f1oso y contener m\u00e1s cantidad de alimento del que parece.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Preferiblemente, utiliza fiambreras de&nbsp;<strong>cristal<\/strong>. Son m\u00e1s higi\u00e9nicas y pueden calentarse en el microondas sin ning\u00fan problema.<\/li><li>&nbsp;No olvides llevarte una fruta o un yogur natural como postre.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Procura escoger&nbsp;<strong>cocciones que no resequen los alimentos&nbsp;<\/strong>una vez recalentados como el papillote, el hervido, el salteado, etc.<\/li><li>&nbsp;<strong>No sales la carne&nbsp;<\/strong>antes de meterla en el microondas porque se seca.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.movistar.es\/estaticos\/imagenes\/blog\/comer-tupper-m.jpg\" alt=\"comer de tupper\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Puedes incluir la carne o el&nbsp;<strong>pescado cortado en peque\u00f1os trozos<\/strong>&nbsp;dentro de otras preparaciones para que mantengan su jugosidad. Por ejemplo, un salteado de verduras con arroz y pavo o sardinitas.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Lleva las&nbsp;<strong>vinagretas<\/strong>&nbsp;de las ensaladas aparte y m\u00e9zclalas s\u00f3lo en el momento en el que vayamos a tomarlas.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Los&nbsp;<strong>botes de vidrio<\/strong>&nbsp;de mermelada de 250 gramos son perfectos para transportar caldos, sopas y cremas.
