Se trata de una forma de meditaci\u00f3n que ayuda a mejorar los estados de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s. Adem\u00e1s permite tomar mayor conciencia de las experiencias sin juzgarlas y acept\u00e1ndolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su pr\u00e1ctica se ha extendido con el fin de lograr cambios en la conducta alimentaria por lo que el concepto \u201cmindful eating\u201d se refiere a la aplicaci\u00f3n del mindfulness en la toma de conciencia de lo que comemos. Vamos a una forma m\u00e1s intuitiva y con menos imposiciones, utilizando todos los sentidos en el acto de comer y aprendiendo a identificar el hambre fisiol\u00f3gica a trav\u00e9s de las se\u00f1ales de saciedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hambre-emocional-para-quien-puede-resultar-util\">Hambre emocional \u00bfPara qui\u00e9n puede resultar \u00fatil?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las mayores ventajas de esta pr\u00e1ctica es la de tomar conciencia del hambre f\u00edsica para guiar las decisiones de cu\u00e1ndo empezar y cu\u00e1ndo parar de comer. Esto puede ser muy \u00fatil en la identificaci\u00f3n del hambre emocional, en la que el acto de comer se desarrolla ante un estado de estr\u00e9s o ansiedad y se come de forma emocional y compulsiva. En estos casos, este tipo de pr\u00e1ctica puede ayudar a personas que, con independencia de su peso, necesiten mejorar sus h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n y establecer una mejor relaci\u00f3n con la comida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"340\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/www.movistar.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/mindful-eating-pc.jpg?w=340\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3417\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.movistar.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/mindful-eating-pc.jpg 340w, https:\/\/www.movistar.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/05\/mindful-eating-pc.jpg?resize=266,300 266w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Por otra parte, las personas con sobrepeso u obesidad tambi\u00e9n pueden obtener beneficios de\u00a0<strong>mindful eating<\/strong>\u00a0ya que una de las consecuencias es la p\u00e9rdida de peso y su posterior mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, este tipo de pr\u00e1ctica puede ser beneficiosa en quienes requieren una alimentaci\u00f3n especial debido a patolog\u00edas relacionadas directamente con ella como la <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diabetes_mellitus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diabetes<\/a>, la hipertensi\u00f3n, etc. El factor clave es que el hecho de comer de forma consciente permite tambi\u00e9n una mejor adherencia a un tratamiento diet\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-se-practica-el-mindful-eating\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se practica el mindful eating?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Te damos unos peque\u00f1os consejos para ponerlo en pr\u00e1ctica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El acto de comer ha de llevarse a cabo en un ambiente tranquilo y alejado de distracciones. Es por ello que se recomienda no comer mirando la televisi\u00f3n u otras pantallas.<\/li><li>Intenta comer sentado y disponiendo de un tiempo no inferior a 20 minutos.<\/li><li>Es necesario realizar \u201cbocados conscientes\u201d, es decir, un bocado a la vez, masticando despacio los alimentos. Toma consciencia de su sabor, olor y de las sensaciones que nos produce. <\/li><li>Procura dejar\/apoyar los cubiertos en el plato cada vez que realizamos un bocado. De ese modo s\u00f3lo focalizaremos nuestra atenci\u00f3n en aquello que estamos comiendo.
