En ese momento nos preguntamos que puede estar pasando y si podemos hacer algo para solucionarlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que internet vaya lento se puede deber a varias causas, desde problemas del propio PC con el que te est\u00e1s conectando, pasando por alg\u00fan fallo del router o simplemente por un tema de cableado del mismo. Para tratar de conocer la causa de dicho problema te recomendamos llevar a cabo\u00a0una serie de comprobaciones muy sencillas, antes de llamar al servicio t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comprobaciones-basicas\">Comprobaciones b\u00e1sicas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si el tel\u00e9fono fijo no da l\u00ednea <\/strong>prueba a conectar el aparato a otra roseta y si tampoco tienes l\u00ednea en otra roseta entonces tendr\u00e1s que ponerte en contacto con el servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente para hacer llegar la aver\u00eda y que revisen tu conexi\u00f3n a internet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, si dispones de l\u00ednea de tel\u00e9fono y tienes acceso a internet en los equipos conectados por cable al router, entonces el problema est\u00e1 en la conexi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los equipos\u00a0 WiFi. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n podemos tener un problema con el adaptador de corriente pese a estar correctamente enchufado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre es aconsejable apagar y encender los equipos instalados por Movistar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si dispones de l\u00ednea de tel\u00e9fono pero NO tienes acceso a internet en los equipos conectados por cable, el problema puede estar en el router\/ONT.<\/li><li>Si el router\/ONT NO tiene ninguna luz encendida, prueba a cambiar los equipos de enchufe y si sigue sin encenderse ninguna luz es necesario que nos env\u00edes una aver\u00eda a nuestro departamento t\u00e9cnico para revisar tu servicio de internet, a trav\u00e9s\u00a0de los canales de atenci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Si se enciende alguna luz del router\/ONT, revisa el cableado entre el router\/ONT y el PC por si alg\u00fan cable estuviera da\u00f1ado o desconectado.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n apaga todos los equipos y tras un minuto, enciende poco a poco los equipos, primero la ONT. Si tienes, pasado un minuto enciende tambien el router, y pasado otro minuto el PC. Si has efectuado estos pasos con tu PC conectado por cable y se descartan virus, malware, y aplicaciones P2P, pero persiste la lentitud en la l\u00ednea, puedes <a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/t147312\/AppData\/Roaming\/Microsoft\/Word\/C\u00f3mo%20mejorar%20la%20se\u00f1al%20WiFi%20de%20tu%20Router%20Movistar%20con%20estos%20consejos\">consultar aqu\u00ed<\/a> que otras comprobaciones llevar a cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"toc-hId-1215200680\">Configuraci\u00f3n de servidores DNS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La configuraci\u00f3n de red que tengas puede tener que ver tambi\u00e9n con los problemas de conexi\u00f3n, y ser responsable de que Internet vaya lento.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modificar la configuraci\u00f3n de los servidores\u00a0DNS\u00a0por otros que no sean los oficiales de Movistar puede provocar problemas<\/strong> de acceso a internet , por lo tanto, te recomendamos\u00a0cambiar los servidores DNS por los nuestros siguiendo estos pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iremos a\u00a0<strong>Inicio > Panel de Control > Redes e Internet > Centro de Redes y recursos compartidos > Cambiar configuraci\u00f3n del adaptador<\/strong>. Desde aqu\u00ed, accediendo a las\u00a0<strong>Propiedades<\/strong>, podremos modificar la configuraci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>TCP\/IP<\/strong>\u00a0insertando los servidores DNS de forma manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>DNS secundaria: 80.58.61.250<\/li><li>DNS  primaria: 80.58.61.250<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, comprobaremos que nuestro PC o port\u00e1til\u00a0\u00a0no sea el responsable de que la conexi\u00f3n a internet sea lenta. Este puede verse afectado por\u00a0<strong>malware<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>virus<\/strong>\u00a0o alg\u00fan\u00a0<strong>troyano<\/strong>\u00a0que provoque el fallo y evite que podamos conectar a internet.\u00a0Para comprobar que el problema no est\u00e1 en el PC,\u00a0<strong>hay que realizar un diagn\u00f3stico con alguna de las principales soluciones de seguridad\u00a0<\/strong>del mercado en detectar malware, virus, troyanos o ransomware. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerda que si eres cliente de miMovistar, puedes activar el servicio gratuito <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movistar.es\/blog\/seguridad\/claves-conexion-segura-movistar\/\">Conexi\u00f3n Segura de Movistar<\/a>.
